Returns and Refunds

To know when to apply for exchange or refund , please refer to the Warranty Policy .

1.How do I replace an item or apply for a refund?

First, log in the ATOTO website https://www.myatoto.com and click “My Orders”.

Second, find the item you want to apply for an exchange or refund and click “Details”.

Third, click “Request a return or exchange” . To exchange or refund your item successfully, please enter detailed reasons and upload pictures to help ATOTO Customer Service Team figure out problems. Then click “Submit”.

Fourth: After the submitting is approved by ATOTO Customer Service Team, for the exchange or refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to enter the shipping information. You can also leave your comments below.

IMPORTANT:

The return address is DIFFERENT from the address on your package. When submitting your returning request online, please choose the return address shown on the page (See below). OTHERWISE, your package will not be delivered to the correct return address, leading to the failure of the refund or exchange.

2.How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.

3.ATOTO is not liable for:

  • Loss of data incurred from use of ATOTO products
  • Returning personal items sent to ATOTO
  • Leakage of personal information. Therefore, it is suggested that users clear their personal data or do a factory reset before sending the product back to ATOTO.

When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by ATOTO, ATOTO takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. ATOTO does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
