Chinese Spring Festival Holiday started since February 4th,2019. Most ATOTO Customer Support members were on holiday during this period.We will still keep processing all the email requests received in support@myatoto,com, message box of ATOTO Amazon/eBay store, warranty registration requests and requests/comments posted on support.myatoto.com, but the response speed may be slower than usual. All requests with special emergency will be given priority.
Most request can be processed/replied within 3 days (weekend excluded).
